Khobee Gibson was born in 1967, in Quebec City. Raised by his mother, from Lac St-Jean, and father from Muskogee, Oklahoma in USA, his parents prioritized teaching how to respect human kind as well as be able to see the big pictures in every situation. In turn, Khboee prioritizes the same values with his 23-year-old son. Khobee likes to keep life simple – nothing complicated. He likes to understand people and learn about where they are coming. He believes that differences should bring people together, and not pull them apart.
Khobee Gibson started his career as a RCMP police officer for 4 years in Alberta in a native reserve. He loved his work and really enjoyed getting to know the community. In May 1998, he joined the Montreal police department and now works as a community police officer. Since March 2020, because of Covid-19, all police officers working with the community were assigned to patrol.
