Le Comité de gestion de la taxe scolaire de l'île de Montréal is the organization charged with the responsibility for the administration of the long-term debt of the five school boards of the Island of Montreal, contracts loans on behalf of the school boards, fixes the school tax rate, collects and distributes the tax to the school boards.
